  • HTMA, or Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, is a non-invasive way to check the minerals in your body. It gives us a peek into your body’s nutritional health by looking at the levels of minerals and any potential toxins.

    This test can help us figure out if you’re missing some important nutrients or if there are any harmful metals hanging out in your system. It’s a great way to understand how your body is handling things like stress and digestion.xt goes here

  • from the time you send in your hair sample to me receiving and creating a personalized protocol 4 weeks.

  • ideally in the 2nd trimester or beginning of the 3rd. it is set up to take realistic steps within a 12 week period and having bi-weekly sessions (6 calls for planning services and 1 additional for HTMA results)

  • baby comes when they are ready. I trust that we completed what was supposed to be for the flow of the sessions. I will still be there for you. We can still meet for the remaining of the sessions and use it as a “meet the moment” and asses your needs.

  • most of the “planning and executing” will serve you regardless of what type of birth you had. However some postpartum periods may require more of you than you hoped or expected and your healing and ideal connection might shift but healing and connection is still possible. we will use the remainder of calls as you feel fit within 12 weeks of giving birth.
