I assess her capacity in terms of time, energy, and finances, along with her priorities for supporting her journey. If the HTMA aspect is part of the plan, I take a deep inventory of her health, eating habits, lifestyle, environment, and any medications. Using this health assessment form and a clear understanding of her capacity, we build a strategic and realistic plan that prioritizes her needs and values.
