motherhood

my mission

turning my story of pain to your story of promise

My ultimate mission is for every mother to know that this time is hers, a time to rest, recover, connect, and heal. This journey is a sacred time, one of the most holy grounds you will experience. When treated with reverence and care, you can come out of it revived, new, and radiant.

I believe that every mother deserves to be deeply connected to herself and her baby. She is worthy to be cared for through her own loving actions and by those around her. She deserves to feel replenished, full, and overflowing with abundance during postpartum.

Kristen’s story

revīvmotherhood was born from my own postpartum journey with my middle child. I emerged from that season feeling depleted, anxious, and, dare I say, filled with rage. I had lost touch with myself, and everything I thought I knew was being unearthed. The effects lingered for years, and there are still parts of me I am working to heal. Coming to terms with the emotional impact on both myself and my children has been the hardest part. I longed for a way to feel whole again, to find a sense of peace in this new chapter of motherhood. I caught glimpses and clung to what could be in motherhood as I was experiencing the deep joy, centeredness, and delight. Despite these glimpses, it was not my full experience. I mostly felt fatigued, burnt-out, and short fused. I knew there had to be more.

Drowning and Depleted

I began to support myself in new ways. Nutrition and bodywork were the pieces I had been missing. I dug deep and learned how to care for myself in ways I had never considered before. When my third postpartum came, everything shifted. I felt more prepared and equipped to nurture myself. The results were profound, not perfect, but deeply healing and supportive. I came out of that season feeling connected to myself, my son, and my daughters. It was the best outcome I could have hoped for. It was a time of genuine joy and growth. I found myself stepped into motherhood in a more fulfilling and aligned way.

Finding Connection

  • cleaning—let’s be serious, things get out of hand fast. However, when I’m not doing that, I am in the kitchen, outside, or reading and writing, all with my kids alongside me.

  • small talk. let’s be real, we need to take things deeper.

  • the body's innate intelligence that it is always speaking to us and we just need to slow down and learn to listen

  • A weekend bath and daily yolky drink inspired by Noelle Kovary.

  • the thing that has resonated with me for advice that I find comfort in:

there is no RIGHT decision or ONE way to do things. There is just a decision that serves you and your family - whatever that is - that is what is right for you
